Shipping within Germany
We provide free shipping for all orders within Germany.
Shipping within the European Union (EU)
- Orders up to €99.99: €5 shipping costs
- Orders from €100.00 to €499.99: €10 shipping costs
- Orders from €500.00: free shipping
Shipping to Switzerland
- Orders up to CHF 499.99: CHF 15 shipping costs
- Orders from CHF 500.00: free shipping
Shipping to the United Kingdom
- Orders up to £499.99: £25 shipping costs
- Orders from £500.00: free shipping
Shipping to the United States
- Orders up to $499.99: $40 shipping costs
- Orders from $500.00: free shipping
Import duties, customs, and fees for deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs may arise in addition to the purchase price and the shipping costs charged by ORIGNEE.
These may include, in particular:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- Import VAT or local taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Handling fees charged by the shipping provider
These additional costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs from ORIGNEE and must be borne by the recipient.
The amount and nature of these fees are determined by the relevant customs and tax authorities or by the respective shipping provider and are beyond our control.
Note for deliveries to Switzerland
Additional costs may also arise for deliveries to Switzerland.
In addition to Swiss VAT and potential import duties, customs clearance or handling fees charged by the shipping provider may apply.
These fees are not charged by ORIGNEE and are to be borne by the recipient.
Note for deliveries to the United Kingdom and the United States
For deliveries to the United Kingdom or the United States, additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may also apply depending on the value of the goods, the type of product, and the respective applicable import regulations.
These costs are not charged by ORIGNEE and must be borne by the recipient unless they are explicitly already stated at checkout.
Refusal of delivery due to non-payment of import costs
If the acceptance of a shipment is refused due to the non-payment of import duties, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting costs from the refund amount.
These may include, in particular:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Incurred customs costs
- Customs clearance and handling fees
Delivery times
The estimated delivery time can generally also be found in the respective product information.
Immediately available products
Items in standard sizes as well as accessories that are available in our warehouse in Germany are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days.
After being handed over to the shipping provider, the delivery time is generally:
- Germany: 2–4 working days
- European Union: 3–6 working days
- Switzerland: 3–7 working days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 working days
- United States: 14–25 working days
Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates based on experience. Delays caused by the shipping provider, customs clearance, or due to official regulations are beyond our direct control.
Special sizes, special colors, and custom-made items
Products in special sizes or special colors as well as custom-made items are produced after the order is received.
The production time is generally approx. 4 weeks.
You will receive a shipping notification before dispatch.
One of our strengths is flexible and customer-oriented manufacturing. We are also happy to produce custom sizes according to your wishes. Please contact us regarding this before or after your order.
Orders with immediately available and custom-made items
If an order contains both immediately available items and products with a longer production time, the shipment will generally be sent together.
In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time. For custom-made products, the production time is generally approx. 4 weeks.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
If tracking is available for the shipment, you will also receive the corresponding information via email.
