The ORIGNEE® Silk Sleeping Bag combines a filling of 100% mulberry silk with a soft cotton jersey cover. This brings together a lightweight silk filling with a pleasantly soft and uncomplicated cotton surface.

The sleeping bag is available in various sizes for babies and children. In-stock sizes are dispatched within 1–2 business days. If a size is not in stock, the delivery time is approx. 4–5 weeks.

Filling made of 100% mulberry silk

The filling of the sleeping bag consists of 100% mulberry silk. Silk is characterized by its light weight and its ability to absorb and release moisture.

In the cotton model, the silk filling is enclosed within a soft cotton jersey cover. As a result, the sleeping bag combines the properties of the silk filling with the familiar feel of cotton.

Soft cotton jersey cover

The outer cover is made of cotton jersey. Thanks to its knitted structure, jersey is soft and flexible, adapting well to the child’s movements.

This version is particularly suitable if you want a silk filling but prefer the soft and uncomplicated surface of cotton on the outside.

Cotton jersey or 19 momme silk?

ORIGNEE® offers the silk sleeping bag with two different outer materials. Both versions have a filling of 100% mulberry silk.

This version features a soft cotton jersey cover and is the more affordable option. Our higher-end version, however, also has an outer cover made of 19 momme mulberry silk. The silk surface is particularly smooth and fine, and feels different directly on the skin compared to cotton jersey.

If you prefer silk for both the filling and the outer material, choose the silk sleeping bag with 19 momme mulberry silk cover.
