Return Process
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us
Please send an email to info@orignee.de including the following information:

Reason for the return
2. Return Instructions
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with further return instructions.

For returns within Germany, we will provide a free return shipping label.

For international returns, the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or another statutory warranty claim.
3. Returning the Product
Please pack the product securely and, if possible, return it in its original packaging.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
Special Provisions for Deliveries to Non-EU Countries
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties, customs charges, import VAT, local taxes and carrier handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the following costs from the refund amount:

return shipping costs;

customs duties;

import charges;

carrier handling fees; and
-
any other costs incurred as a result of the return.
If a shipment cannot be returned to us due to refusal of acceptance, non-payment of import duties or taxes, or any other reason attributable to the recipient, or if the shipment is destroyed by customs authorities or the carrier, no refund of the purchase price can be provided.

Our team will review your request as quickly as possible and inform you about the next steps.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

Important Information

Returns under the statutory right of withdrawal must be declared within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Please report any obvious transport damage or defects as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

Custom-made products and personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
