Below you will find a detailed description of our return and complaint process:
1. Return process (return)
If you wish to return a product, please proceed as follows:

Send an email to 📧 info@orignee.de with the following information:
- your order number
- product name
- reason for return
2️⃣ Receive return slip
After reviewing your request, we will send you a free return label that you can use for the return.
3️⃣ Return of the product
Pack the product securely and take the package with the return label to the nearest collection point of the specified shipping service provider.
4️⃣ Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount using the payment method you chose.
2. Complaint process (complaint)
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please report it as follows:

Important instructions:
