All orders within Germany are shipped free of charge.

Important Notice for Deliveries to non-EU Countries
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional import duties, customs fees, import sales tax, local taxes, and processing fees of the shipping service provider may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs and are to be borne by the recipient.
The amount of these fees is determined by the customs and tax authorities of the respective recipient country and is beyond our control.
Should acceptance of the shipment be refused due to non-payment of import duties, customs or taxes and the shipment be returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs, return costs and any incurred customs and processing fees from the refund amount.

Immediately Available Products
Items in standard sizes and accessories that are available in our warehouse in Germany are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, the delivery time is usually:

Germany: 2–4 business days

European Union: 2–8 business days

Non-EU countries: 4–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Other Products or Custom Orders
Products in other sizes or colors, as well as custom orders, are produced "just in time." Production time is usually about 4 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification before dispatch.
One of our strengths is working flexibly and customer-oriented. We are happy to produce individual sizes according to your wishes. Please contact us for this.
If you have ordered several products, some of which are immediately available and some of which still need to be produced, shipping will generally take place together. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time and will usually be about 3–4 weeks.
