After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details.
Shipping costs:
- Shipping Germany
We deliver all orders free of charge within Germany.
- Shipping within EU countries
Orders under 50€: Shipping fee 5€
Orders from 51€: shipping fee 10€
- Shipping to Switzerland and Great Britain
Orders under 50€: Shipping fee 8€
Orders from 51€: shipping fee 20€

- Products available immediately:
Standard size items and accessories from the warehouse in Germany that are immediately available are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered within Germany in 2 to 4 working days. In EU countries it takes about 2-8 working days.
- Other products or customer-made products:
Other sizes or colors are produced just in time. It takes about 4 weeks for the goods to arrive in the warehouse. You will receive a shipping notification before shipping.
One of our strengths is that we work flexibly and in a customer-oriented manner. We can produce all individual sizes according to customer requirements. Please contact us for your special requests.
If you have ordered several products, some of which are immediately available and some of which have yet to be produced, the delivery time for immediately available products may be delayed as it depends on the delivery time of the other products ordered. This is usually 3-4 weeks.
