Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties, customs charges and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All orders within Germany are shipped free of charge.
Shipping within the European Union (EU)

Important Information for Deliveries to Non-EU Countries
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional import duties, customs charges, import VAT, local taxes and carrier handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.
The amount of these charges is determined by the customs and tax authorities of the destination country and is beyond our control.
If a shipment is refused because import duties, customs charges or taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs, return shipping costs and any customs-related or handling charges incurred from the refund amount.

Products in Stock
Standard-size products and accessories available in our warehouse in Germany are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

Germany: 2–4 business days

European Union: 2–8 business days

Non-EU countries: 4–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
Other Products or Custom-Made Products
Products in other sizes or colours, as well as custom-made products, are produced on demand. Production usually takes approximately four weeks. You will receive a shipping confirmation before dispatch.
One of our strengths is our flexibility and customer-oriented service. We are happy to manufacture custom sizes according to your requirements. Please contact us if you have special requests.
If you order several products and some are immediately available while others need to be produced, the products will generally be shipped together. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest lead time and is usually approximately 3–4 weeks.
